Introduction
MaiaNiguelHoskin Here, activist, and university professor with a Ph.D. In Counselor Education and Clinical Supervision. I train graduate-level counseling guides and specialize in keynote talking and cultural consciousness training. My paintings span public and personal sectors from K-12 colleges to universities wherein I lead conversations around oppression, difference, and intellectual health with compassion and readability.
When I’m not inside the study room or leading a seminar, I’m playing the role of wife and mother, unwinding with 90s tunes and Spike Lee movies, and indulging in a chunk of online purchasing (and ice cream, of course).
